Refurbishment of an apartment in a late 19th century villa in the province of Varese.
As part of the project, the existing envelope was retained and the internal wooden floors were partially demolished in order to redesign the rooms. Work was also carried out on the external spaces of the property: the veteran trees of the 19th century garden were conserved and protected and new trees planted alongside them.
